The WE-Q Profile reveals the way we’ve been shaped over the course of our life by the relationships in our life. It shows the patterns of our internal experience that lie largely outside of our awareness. The WE-Q Profile report provides information about the specific aspects of our internal experience, under stress, in relationship including:
- The feelings we tend to over access or under access
- The extent to which we see both possibility and risk in a challenging situation
- The extent to which we focus on ourselves or the other person
- The way we self-soothe when stressed
- Our ability to identify the thoughts, wants, and feelings of others
- Our capacity and willingness to care about and share in the wants, thoughts, and feelings of others
Now that you have completed your WE-Q Profile, we invite you to take a journey of self-discovery through our on-demand, self-paced WE-Q Profile debrief experience called You in Relationship. Throughout this course you will view short videos that walk you through each aspect of the WE-Q Profile and provide you with valuable knowledge so that you can make meaning of your own data. You will engage in meaningful self-reflection and be provided with various exercises to help in the areas where you would like to try something new.
